OnePlus has officially announced the launch date for its new Turbo series. The OnePlus Turbo 6 and OnePlus Turbo 6V will debut in China on January 8, 2026. The event starts at 7 PM local time (6:30 AM IST). The company has shared official images and key details ahead of time. These phones target gamers and users who want big batteries and fast performance.
OnePlus Turbo 6 Launch Confirmed Configurations
The OnePlus Turbo 6 comes in four options: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. It is available in three colors: Lone Black, Chasing Light Silver, and Wilderness Green.
The OnePlus Turbo 6V has three variants: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. It comes in Lone Black, Nova White, and Fearless Blue. Both phones show a square camera module on the back with two cameras and an LED flash. The frame is matte with matching color edges.

- Display: Both phones have a flat screen with 1.5K resolution. Turbo 6 gets a 6.78-inch display with 165Hz refresh rate. Turbo 6V has a 6.8-inch display with 144Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: Turbo 6 uses Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with Adreno 825 GPU. Turbo 6V uses Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.
- Battery: Both pack a huge 9,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging. Turbo 6 also supports 27W reverse wired charging.
- Storage and RAM: LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for fast performance.
- Other Features: Runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Includes optical in-display fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, plastic frame, and IP68/IP69/IP69K dust and water resistance.
