OnePlus has rolled out a fresh update for the OnePlus 12 in India. The new OxygenOS 16.0.2.400 version brings the December 2025 security patch. It also adds fun camera tools and small fixes. - Neon Filter: A new filter in the Camera app gives night portraits a glowing CineStill 800T film look.
- XPAN Mode: Redesigned UI looks like a real panorama camera. Switch between new and old styles. New shutter sounds and haptic feedback added. XPAN watermarks now supported.
- Photos App: New filters for Motion Photos, screenshots, screen recordings, and edited images. Thumbnails load faster.

- Home Screen: Stack 2×1 widgets to save space. Resize app icons, add shortcuts, and drag to rearrange. App clone icons support the same.

- Circle to Search: Works better with gestures. Hold the gesture bar area (even if hidden) to start.
- Private Safe: Edit photos and videos without unlocking first.
- Phone Manager: Asks to allow automatic blocklist updates over Wi-Fi or mobile data for better protection.
