Motorola To Unveil New Phone In India On This Date

Motorola has teased the debut of a new smartphone in the country on July 3, 2024. The company has posted a teaser on Flipkart with the message “All Eyes on You” and a launch date of 3rd July at 12 PM IST, hinting at the launch of the Moto G85 in India.

However, Motorola has not mentioned the model’s name or revealed its design. According to reports, it is likely to be the Motorola Moto G85, as the company unveiled its predecessor with the same tagline,” All Eyes on You.”

The Motorola Moto G85 will be the successor to last year’s Motorola Moto G84. It will bring some incremental upgrades and specifications similar to those of its European model.

The Motorola Moto G85 will launch in India with a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ pOLED curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Its peak brightness is 1600 nits, and it has SGS Blue Light reduction certification.

The phone’s processor is the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, a rehashed version of the Snapdragon 695 from three years ago. It ships with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The Motorola Moto G85 will launch in India with Hello UI based on Android 14. The phone will have a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide-angle sensor for optics. It will also have a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
