iQOO has announced the launch date of its upcoming smartphone, the iQOO Z9, in India. The phone will arrive next month and will go on sale via Amazon.

The device will be the successor to the iQOO Z7, which arrived last year, and here is everything you need to know about the smartphone.
iQOO Z9 To Launch On March 12 And Go On Sale Via Amazon
The iQOO Z9 is confirmed to launch in India on the date March 12, 2024, and will go on sale via Amazon. Furthermore, the phone will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset.

In addition, the phone is confirmed to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS. This will be the first phone in the segment to use this sensor, the same one found in the Realme 12 Pro 5G.
The company has teased the iQOO Z9 will have an AnTuTu V10 score of 7,34,000, which beats phones using the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and MediaTek Dimensity 6080.
Z9 Expected Specifications
The iQOO Z9 will likely launch with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen will have a peak brightness of 1800 nits and a 300Hz touch sampling rate.

The phone will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM. It will run on FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14, supporting virtual memory expansion.
The iQOO Z9 will launch with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS and a secondary lens. Moreover, it will likely pack a 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
