iQOO Neo 10S Leaks: Key Specs Revealed
The latest leak suggests that an upcoming iQOO Neo 10S smartphone will boast a 6.82-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution. Additionally, the device will feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.

Powering the device will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will be paired with an independent graphics chip designed to deliver an enhanced gaming experience. According to other reports, the Neo 10S might be accompanied by a higher-end variant, the iQOO Neo 10S Pro. This model may come with the upcoming Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset while retaining the same display and fingerprint sensor as the Neo 10S.
Since the Neo 10S is anticipated to be a minor upgrade, the rest of its specifications—along with those of the Neo 10S Pro—are likely to remain similar to the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro.
