Talks of Infinix entering the 5G smartphone market has been going around for quite some time now. This device will be carrying the moniker of Infinix Zero 5G. This will be the very first 5G handset from the brand. It has been a rumour mill favourite for a very long time now. It has surfaced online again and we get to see its design and specs, thanks to MySmartPrice.

Infinix Zero 5G Design
The newly leaked design renders by MySmartPrice reveal quite a lot in terms of design. For starters, there is an elevated camera module. It does look a lot like the OPPO Find X3. We can see a triple rear camera setup housed in the module. There is also a dual-LED flash that accompanies the setup.
On the left side of the frame, we can see the volume buttons. Meanwhile, the right side of the frame is home to the power button. As per the renders, we also get to know of two colour options for the Infinix Zero 5G. While one is black, the other one is a lighter shade of brown. Previous renders also revealed display with very narrow bezels. The previous renders also unveiled a centrally aligned punch-hole notch display design.

Infinix Zero 5G Specifications
The report by MySmartPrice also reveals its key specifications. The upcoming handset will come with a big 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display. This display will offer a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. In addition, we will also get to see a fast 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of software, the handset will most likely run on Android 11 with the Infinix XOS custom skin on top.
On the processor front, the Infinix Zero 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. An important thing to note here is that the device will reportedly be offering 13 5G bands. Now, that instantly makes the upcoming handset future proof.
Talking about optics, the upcoming handset will sport a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 48-megapixel primary sensor. Alongside, reports suggest that there will be an ultra-wide and telephoto sensor.

The Infinix Zero 5G will pack a big 5000mAh battery. This rated battery capacity will pair up with 33W fast charging support as well. For now, this is all that is known about the device. We can hope to see the handset’s official launch date surface soon.
