On Wednesday, Huawei P50E became the newest model in the P50 series in China. Snapdragon 778G 4G CPU and up to 256GB of internal storage are standard features on the latest smartphone. Three rear-facing cameras on the smartphone include a 50-megapixel primary sensor. There are also four other colour choices for the new Huawei phone. In addition, the Huawei P50E is equipped with a 4,100mAh battery that can be charged at 66W.

Huawei P50E’s Pricing and Release date

The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of Huawei’s P50E costs CNY 4,088 (approximately Rs 48,900). An 8GB/256GB/512GB device costs CNY 4,488 (about $550). (roughly Rs. 53,600). Besides Galaxy Blue, Obsidian Black, and Snow White, Huawei P50E comes in Cocoa Gold. Pre-orders for Huawei’s newest smartphone are now open. On March 24, it will be available to the public.

Huawei P50E

Powered on HarmonyOS 2, the smartphone has a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,224 x 2,700 pixels) OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 458ppi density.

A hole-punch cutout in the display is provided for the front-facing selfie camera, and the collection itself has a P3 broad colour gamut. Furthermore, the octa-core Snapdragon 778G 4G SoC in the Huawei P50E is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, making it a powerful smartphone.

The 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor on the Huawei P50E has an f/1.8 aperture, making it the most powerful of the three front cameras. An f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle sensor and an f/3.4 telephoto sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) are also there in the camera unit. For example, you may use the back camera to take portraits and panoramas and record time-lapses and micro movies. In addition, Huawei gives a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture for taking selfies.

The selfie camera has functions like slow-motion video, portrait mode, panoramic mode, time-lapse photography, and more. A Nano Memory card may be there to enhance the phone’s storage capacity to 256GB.

As far as connectivity goes, Huawei’s P50E has Bluetooth v5.2; GPS; GLONASS; 4G; Wi-Fi; USB Type-C connector; NFC; and Bluetooth Low Energy. A fingerprint reader is also included for security purposes. Other onboard sensors include the gyroscope, compass, proximity light sensor, ambient light sensor, camera laser focus sensor, and colour temperature sensor.

The Huawei P50E is equipped with a 4,100mAh battery that can be charged at 66W. Additionally, the phone has an IP68 rating for water and dust protection. 156.5×73.8×7.92mm and weighs around 181 grammes make up the dimensions.
