Honor has officially launched its new Magic 9 series in China, bringing three new flagship smartphones with powerful Snapdragon processors, high-resolution cameras and massive batteries. The lineup includes the Honor Magic 9, Honor Magic 9 Pro Max and Magic 9 Super Edition.
The highlight is the Honor Magic 9 Super Edition, which packs a massive 11,000mAh battery, while the Magic 9 Pro Max features a 200MP primary camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The series starts at ¥4,499 in China, which converts to roughly Rs 56,000.
Honor Magic 9 Series Launch Price
The Honor Magic 9 starts at ¥4,999 (around Rs 62,000) for the 12GB+256GB variant. The Magic 9 Pro Max is priced at ¥6,499 (around Rs 81,000), while the Magic 9 Super Edition costs ¥4,499 (around Rs 56,000) for the 12GB+256GB model. With the Honor Magic 9 Series Launch, the company has focused heavily on battery life, cameras and flagship performance.
Honor has also introduced the Magic 9 Pro Max Photography Master Edition, which costs ¥10,999, or roughly ₹1.38 lakh, with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Honor Magic 9 Pro Max Gets Dual 200MP Cameras
The Honor Magic 9 Pro Max is the top-end mainstream model in the lineup. It features a 6.8-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor based on a 2nm process.

The phone measures 8.59mm thick and weighs 233 grams.

The Magic 9 Super Edition is arguably the biggest surprise in the lineup. It comes with an 11,000mAh battery, making battery capacity one of its biggest selling points.

The phone packs an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. It also has IP69K, IP69 and IP68 protection and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Magic 9 measures 8.49mm thick and weighs 209 grams.

Honor has currently announced the Magic 9 series for China, and there is no confirmed India launch date yet.
