The emphasis will be on environment art, and given how much the game’s developers have teased Diablo 4’s open world, there will undoubtedly be a lot of locations to showcase.

At launch, Diablo 4 will include five distinct Sanctuary regions. Covering the lands of Scosglen, Dry Steppes, Fractured Peaks, Kehjistan, and Hawezar. It offers both familiar and unfamiliar locations to longtime Diablo players.

With Kehjistan returning to Diablo 4 after appearing in Diablo 3’s second Act. The game will also revisit its sprawling capital city of Caldeum. which has now fallen into ruin as a result of Malthael’s reaping.

Players will be able to explore these five regions using five iconic Diablo classes. One of which is yet to be out yet. This unnamed hero will fight alongside the Barbarian, Sorceress, Druid, and Rogue against the monsters of Sanctuary and beyond.
While there have been no hints as to what this fifth class will be. Fans expect it to be a completely new take on one of the many archetypes. Diablo games have attempted to cover, whether it’s a Knight archetype. A Bard, or even a different take on the Amazon class from Diablo 2.
