The latest Moto G51 5G is the most recent phone to launch in India. The device features a 5G chipset and comes with multiple other interesting features. Let’s take a look at all the features one by one to know what it has got for the users.
Motorola Moto G51 price in India
It is only available in a single 4GB+64GB configuration, with a starting price of Rs 14,999 for the Moto G51 5G. Lenovo’s Moto G51 5G smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart, where it is expected to be combined with other promotions.
Motorola Moto G51 design
The design of the Moto G51 5G is classic and well-known. The chin of the phone is somewhat thicker than the phone’s bezels. A Google Assistant button and volume controls are all located on the Moto G51 5G’s right spine for easy access. The Moto G51 5G has a plastic body on the back that becomes hot after prolonged usage. There is also an LED flash on the backside of the phone’s rear-facing camera arrangement. The Motorola emblem is clearly visible and adds a nice touch to the overall design. The speaker grilles, a 3.5mm audio connector, and a USB Type-C connection for charging are all located underneath the phone.
Motorola Moto G51 5G Display
Colour saturation will be lower than on the AMOLED screen because of the smaller size and higher aspect ratio of the 6.82-inch high-aspect IPS LCD display. You’ll also enjoy a fluid gaming experience thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate. The FHD+ resolution of the phone provides good pixel density. Although the Moto G51 lacks HDR accreditation and tubular glass coverage, it is still a decent phone.
Motorola Moto G51 performance
This phone’s most notable feature is hidden deep inside its chassis. The Snapdragon 480+ processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage powers the phone. Powered by a new CPU, this is the first smartphone to be launched in India, and it promises a new level of performance. While 4 GB of RAM is plenty for gaming applications, it would be nice to have a 6 GB model available as an alternative. Another drawback of this phone is its 64GB of storage capacity, which comes with a hybrid storage slot. The phone has 12 5G bands built-in, making it a real 5G device. For those who don’t want to mess around with a custom operating system, the Moto G51 5G is a great choice.
Motorola Moto G51 camera
The Moto G51 5G has a rectangle LED flash and a triple-camera system on the back. There are three rear-facing sensors, including a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a macro camera. The Moto G51 5G has a 13MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture. While the main 50MP sensor has a Quad Pixel technology, it is capable of taking excellent images in a well-lit area.
Motorola Moto G51 5G Battery
No matter how high-end or low-end the device is, the battery is the most important consideration. You’ll have plenty of time to play games, watch shows, and browse the Internet. Moto G51’s Li-PO battery will handle all of this, thanks to its 5000 mAh capacity. It has a screen life of 8 hours in ordinary use, and you can play low-quality games for more than 3 hours on it. Charging the phone might be a hassle for some since the charger provided is a regular 10W charger, which takes over two hours to charge your phone.
Motorola Moto G51 verdict
The Moto G51 continues to adhere to the company’s pure Android ethos while still providing a reasonable performance bundle and long-lasting battery life. Due to its lacklustre low-light photography skills, a 120Hz display that looks to have latency, and slow charging rates, it loses a few points in our evaluation.
