Following the modern push towards bezel-free design, Lenovo has put its bezel-free, sliding flagship Z5 Pro into the market. Priced at Rs. 21,190, the Z5 Pro is looking to prove its mettle to flagships like Mi Mix 3 and Oppo Find X.
While Lenovo Z5 Pro does try to bring itself into the flagship market with its design, it fails to astonish with its dated internals. Despite having an old processor and capable cameras, it is a decent phone and can get your work done with sufficient speed and efficiency.
Lenovo Z5 Pro arrives in the market with a premium set-up. It finally builds in a slider mechanism which works well and does not look flimsy. Lenovo Z5 Pro also scores in terms of the battery, which is a capable juice-pack, keeping the phone juiced for the necessary period of use.
Lenovo Z5 Pro puts itself into the flagship market with the fantastic slider mechanism present on the phone. It is sturdy and sits well in hand, and looks like a phone bought from the future. The slider works with speed and looks decent and durable.
Lenovo Z5 Pro comes with a sizable battery that carries enough juice to take you through a day and more. It is an excellent companion for the display and the processor and does not let the juice drain that quickly. Plus, it comes with fast charging, making it a phone that you rely on.
However, Lenovo Z5 Pro does not have all the best points in its favour. The processor is not premium and is quite dated which translates to its laggy performance. Further, the four cameras that it comes with do not capture accurate details of pictures, with or without light. However, it is a decent phone and could be recommended for anyone with a tight budget but looking for a capable flagship model.
