Gionee M15

In Nigeria, Gionee M15 has now become official. It’s a mid-range phone with some interesting features including a punch-hole display that’s aligned in the middle, a 48-megapixel quad-camera system, and a gaming-focused SoC. Here’s all you need to know about the Gionee M15.

Gionee M15 Price in India 

Gionee M15 is available in two different configurations, one with 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and another with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, with prices starting at NG 90,800 ($221) and NGN 106,200 ($258), respectively. It’s unknown when the M15 will be available in other areas. In India, Gionee M15 is likely to be priced around Rs. 15,890, if so ever it is launched.  

Gionee M15 sports a plastic back which appears shiny and premium due to the colour choices used. The back sports a square-shaped housing with a quad-camera setup and the LED flash with a fingerprint sensor under it while the front has a punch-hole design screen. The power and volume buttons are all on the ride side of the device. The top of the device has the secondary microphone while the bottom of the device has the USB Type-C port, the loudspeaker, headphone jack and the primary microphone.

A 6.67-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate is included with the Gionee M15. For selfies, the display has a centrally aligned punch-hole cutout.

The fantastic Gionee M15 is powered by Android 11 and MediaTek Helio G90 Octa-Core, 2.0GHz processor with an upgraded CPU. The phone comes with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, which can be upgraded through a microSD card slot. Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, and a 3.5mm headphone port are among the handset’s standard connection capabilities. 

Gionee M15 sports a quad-camera setup on the back, with a 48MP primary lens, 5MP ultra-wide angle, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. With a 16MP spectacular front camera that supports improved relative focusing and an AI system for a clear shot effect.

The battery powering the Gionee M15 is a massive 5100mAh Li-Po battery. This battery has support for 18W of fast charging. 18W is a bit slow for a battery this big but real-life usage may differ.

In terms of internal RAM and storage capacity, Gionee M15 is a top performer. The gadget is equipped with amazing cameras and a large battery portfolio, allowing for smooth operations. Gionee has included a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone, as well as Android v11 as the operating system.
