The most basic configuration of the Redmi 10 5G comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and costs $199 (about Rs. 15,000). A variation of the phone with 4GB of storage space and 128GB of space costs $229  (roughly Rs. 17,300) and is also available. It comes in three different colours: Graphite Gray, Chrome Silver, and Aurora Green.

It is comparable to earlier Redmi Note 11 smartphones in that it features smooth sides and a fingerprint reader located on the side. According to Xiaomi, it also has a plastic rear that has an attractive design that looks like water ripples and manages to keep its delicate feel. The top of the device has a notch in the shape of a water drop, and there is a visible chin at the bottom of the device. The side bezels are fairly thin.
