Motorola’s next budget smartphone from its G series, the Moto G22 is set to succeed last year’s Moto G20. A new leak has revealed the design and the key specifications of the device ahead of its official launch. The high resolution renders by WinFuture has let us take a closer look at the new phone’s chic design.
This smartphone would initially be available in black color, but soon three other color options will be available for interested buyers. The phone is expected to offer at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory with expandable storage. There has, however, been no notice regarding its release date.

Moto G22 Phone Design
The high-res renders made available by WinFuture have given us a glimpse of how the smartphone should look when it releases. It will have a very thin bezelled display and a centerd punch-hole display with Motorola’s signature thick chin. The top of the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack that will support wired connectivity.
The back of the phone has the camera island with three shooters and an LED flash along with the Motorola branding and the brand logo. The right side of the phone has the volume rockers and the power button, which also acts as a fingerprint scanner. The left side of the phone has the SIM tray. A speaker grille, USB Type-C port and a microphone adorns the bottom of the phone.

Leaked Specifications
According to the leaks, Moto G22 would feature a 6.53-inch 90 Hz OLED touchscreen with 720×1600 HD+ resolution. It would be powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset and is expected to house a 5000mAh battery. The triple camera setup of the phone includes a 50-megapixel primary camera accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel sensor for macro shots and depth data. However, there is no data yet regarding the selfie camera that the smartphone will sport.
Many certification platforms like EEC, NBTC AND FCC have featured the Moto G22 phone. There have been no official announcements regarding its price, but leaks suggest that it will be priced below 200 Euros. In the Indian market, it is likely to cost around INR 17000. Leaks also suggest that the Motorola Moto G22 may be labelled as the Lenovo K15+ in some markets, like China.
