The Realme Narzo 20 is receiving an update that includes many bug fixes and improvements. The July and August 2021 Android security updates are included in the update. The update will be rolling out in stages, according to Realme. The Realme Narzo 20 was launched in India in September 2020 and came pre-installed with the Realme UI, which is based on Android 10. It then received an Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 update in March. The phone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and 4GB of RAM.

Complete Update Changelog

A blog post announced the update for the Realme Narzo 20. It addresses the issue where the Camera app stuttered in 48M mode. It also resolves the issue of the File Manager app launching slowly.

Realme is including both the August 2021 Android security patch and the July 2021 Android security patch in the update. The update’s firmware version is RMX2191 11.C.12. The size of the update, though, remains unknown. Users should update their smartphones while they are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network and fully charged.

As previously stated, the update will be rolled out in stages, with all eligible Realme Narzo 20 handsets receiving it automatically over-the-air. Users who are interested in manually checking for the update can go to Settings > System > Software update.

The 6.5-inch HD+ display on the Realme Narzo 20 — which will be launched in August 2020 — has a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which is combined with 4GB of RAM. It features an internal storage of up to 128GB, which can be increased to 256GB with a microSD card. The smartphone has a triple-camera setup on the back, with the primary sensor being 48 megapixels. It sports an 8-megapixel camera with a hole-punch design on the front for selfies and video calls. In the Narzo 20, Realme has included a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
