Poco has finally announced the launch date of its much-awaited Poco F6 smartphone in India. It will be the successor to last year’s Poco F5 5G and offer significant performance upgrades. The Poco F6 will likely be a rebrand of the Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 3 from China and could be the first phone to arrive with a flagship chipset in India. Poco F6 To Launch Date Revealed; Will Go On Sale via Flipkart
Poco has confirmed the launch date of the Poco F6 in India. It will debut on May 22, 2024, at 4:30 PM and go on sale via Flipkart.

According to the teaser, the Poco F6 will feature a dual camera setup on the back accompanied by an LED flash. It will likely be a rebrand of the Redmi Turbo 3 from China and could have similar specifications.
The phone will likely be the first in India to use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which is a 4 nm chip between the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Furthermore, we can expect the arrival of the Poco F6 Pro at the global launch, but it is unlikely to be available in India. The F6 Pro is expected to be a rebrand of the Xiaomi Redmi K70 Ultra.
F6 Expected Specifications
The Poco F6 will launch with a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the phone will sport Gorilla Glass Victus for protection and offer a peak brightness of 2400 nits.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 will power the phone with up to 16GB of RAM. It will likely run on HyperOS based on Android 14 and offer up to 1TB of storage.
The Poco F6 will boast a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide-angle sensor for optics. On the front, you can expect a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Poco F6 will launch with a 5,000mAh battery with 90W charging support. It will likely cost around Rs.30,000 to Rs.35,000 and will be available in Black, Green and Titanium colours.
