iPhone 17 Series Leak: Display Upgrades Revealed
The CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants suggests that the base models of iPhone 17 series will get a 120Hz LTPO panel, just like the present Apple Pro models.

He also says that iPhone 17 and Slim model will be the first non-Pro models from the company to sport display with higher refresh rate. These LTPO panels in iPhone 17 series will be manufactured by BOE, a Chinese display manufacturing company.
Moreover, the Apple iPhone 17 Pro and Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max variants may get an under-display Face ID for a premium look. It will also have an all-screen display sans the Dynamic Island with just a centre punch hole for selfie camera. Thus, the Pro and Pro Max models may look a more like flagship Android devices.

There is no confirmation on the features and specs of the iPhone 17 series handset, but one this is sure they will have larger display sizes.
