Apple’s latest 16 Series was launched on September 9, during “Its Glowtime” event. Four models were launched in the series- Apple iPhone 16, Apple iPhone 16 Plus, Apple iPhone 16 Pro, and Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max. These models are built on Apple Intelligence. However, like always after launching the new series Apple will discontinue some old models like Apple iPhone 13 and Apple iPhone 15 Pro. iPhone 13 To iPhone 15 Pro Will Discontinue: Know Why!
Apple discontinued the iPhone 15 Pro and Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max after the new iPhone 16 launch. These phones also supported Apple Intelligence features but after their removal people will have to buy the new iPhone 16 series to get access to Apple’s AI features.

The next smartphone to discontinue was the iPhone 13, which was launched back in 2021. However, other models like Apple iPhone 14, Apple iPhone 14 Plus, Apple iPhone 15, and Apple iPhone 15 Plus have received a price slash of Rs 10,000 from their current listing price on Apple’s website.
iPhone 16 Series Price In India
Now that the older iPhone 13, 15 Pro, etc, will discontinue let’s take a look at the price point of iPhone 16 series. iPhone 16 and 16 Plus have a starting price of Rs 79,900 and Rs 89,900 respectively. The 256GB version of iPhone 16 is Rs 89,900 and 512GB version is Rs 1,09,900. On the other hand, iPhone 16 Plus costs Rs 99,900 for 256GB and Rs 1,19,900 for 512GB variant.
