Google Pixel 7 Series will launch on October 6, 2022. The launch is said to take place during the Made by Google event. The series will launch two phones, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. This news came along after Brandon Lee spotted the phone on the US Amazon Website.
The YouTuber Lee posted about the Amazon listing of the phone through his Twitter account. Though the users can still search for it by its product number on Amazon, it proceeds to the error page.
Rumours and Specifications Of The New Pixel 7 Series
According to the company, the new 7 series will come with Google’s new Tensor G2 SoC. The design and colour are revealed before the launch. Rumours are also about the prices of the upcoming smartphones.
The price may be the same as the Google Pixel 6. Moreover, the alleged Amazon listing states that it will be worth $599 (roughly Rs. 50,000). The Pixel7 Pro may be sold for $899 (roughly Rs. 75,000).
The Reports have also stated that the Pixel 7 will offer a 6.3- inch full-HD +OLED display. It will come with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with a dual rear camera, 50-megapixel primary camera, and a 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor.
The Google Pixel 7 Pro is rumoured to offer a 6.7-inch QHD+OLED display panel and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will have a triple rear camera and an additional 48- megapixel telephoto sensor.
Both the Pixel 7 series smartphones are available in two colours: Obsidian and Snow colours. But the Pixel 7 Pro will come in exclusive Hazel colour. The Pixel 7 will come in a Lemongrass colour.
The new phones will be launched in the US at Made by Google event on October 6, 2022. Both the Pixel7 series will be available for pre-orders from October 6.
Along with this, the Google Pixel watch will also be launched. Google has also stated that smartphones will also be launched in India. The new smartphones will be on sale from October 13, 2022, in the US.
