The world might not be ready, but surely Google is. As Google has announced the World’s first Chromebooks developed for cloud gaming. Google has partnered with Acer, ASUS and Lenovo to bring these exciting Chromebooks.
The company has announced three new Chromebooks. It includes- Acer Chromebook 516 GE and ASUS Chromebook Vibe CX55 Flip. Also, Ideapad Gaming Chromebook from Lenovo.
In a blog post, Google states that Chromebooks are known for their fast, secure, and easy-to-use capacities. Moreover, their launch is happening after a decade. So they have improved their capabilities. Alongside expanding the variety of devices. So that people can choose from them.

It also made a statement that they are taking an effective step. This is as they are introducing the world’s first laptops built for cloud gaming alone. Along with its partners Acer, ASUS and Lenovo.
Google Chromebooks Expected Specs
The first laptops have ideal features which are great for gaming. It includes 120Hz+ high-resolution screens for crystal-clear visuals. Also, RGB gaming keyboards (on select models). It comes with anti-ghosting capabilities. This is for higher speed and excitement. It will even have WiFi 6 or 6E.

Google mentions that cloud gaming Chromebooks were tested independent wise. They are also verified by the leading game performance measurement platform, Gamebench.
The company states that they have joined hands with NVIDIA. This brought support for GeForce NOW’s highest performance RTX 3080 tier. It is for cloud gaming Chromebooks.
This is for users who can stream titles like Fortnite, Cyberpunk 2077, Crysis 3 Remastered and more. That too at 1600p resolution and 120 frames per second.

The membership of RTX 3080 will boost the gameplay. It will even come with features like ray tracing. This stimulates the light behaviour in the real world for making visuals hyper-realistic.
