Term & Conditions:
  1. Upon successful purchase of V40 Series. Customer will be required to generate voucher post successful validation of V40 Series IMEI on cashify application/ website
  2. The voucher can be generated within 7 (seven) days from activation of new V40 Series device. The voucher can be generated once against new device IMEI and customer registered mobile number.
  3. The voucher will be of value INR1/- which can be applied by the customer while selling its old device.
  4. Customer can schedule pick up of old device on the Cashify app from their residence as per their convenience.
  5. The Cashify executive will visit on the scheduled date and the final agreed old device value will be credited to customer chosen payment mode at the time of the pickup of the old device
  6. Customer can claim applicable exchange bonus only from the vivo’s store and/or authorized Retailer store from where the customer had bought V40 Series subject to successful pick up of old device. The Customer acknowledges that the exchange is at sole discretion of Retailer.
  7. To avail the exchange bonus, Customer will be required to provide supporting of successful pick up includes Purchase receipt, voucher generated and applied for the transaction. In case the Customer fails to furnish any of the mentioned documents, vivo reserves to forfeit the Offer forthwith.
  8. Upon verification by the Cashify executive, in case there is any mismatch while evaluating the old device, it may lead to requote in old device value.
  9. By availing this Offer, the customers expressly agree that Cashify and vivo will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage what so ever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, for reason of defaults solely attributable to the customer in connection with this Offer.
  10. Customer acknowledges and agrees that that Exchange is powered by Cashify. For all service related queries. Customer shall connect directly with the customer service team of Cashify at exchange@cashify.in
  11. Offer will be applicable in Cashify serviceable pin codes. To know more about the serviceable pin code, customer may reach out to customer support of Cashify via its application/ website.
